Michael Lyndaker, Owner & President
Mike has had many years of construction experience – both in the field and in the office – as a construction worker learning all the ins and outs on the job, to being a superintendant/foreman running projects in the field, buying out a job, to estimating and giving quotes in the office. He has worked for 2 other construction companies before deciding to start his own company. Since he started from the ground up he has the knowledge and expertise on how a project goes from start to finish. Therefore, he has been able to take all of these skills and put them to work in his own company and has done very well. We are going into our 9th year and doing better each year.
Susan M. Swartout, Secty/Treasurer – Business Manager
Sue has had previous bookkeeping/accounting experience in other business areas before spending 12 years working for another contractor. This valuable experience allowed her to assist Mike in setting up his company.
Rob Lyndaker, Foreman/Superintendant
A year after setting up the company, Mike’s brother, Rob, joined the company. Rob had worked for several other construction companies as a heavy equipment operator. Rob’s skill and expertise has been a valuable asset to the company and does all of our sitework as well as being a foreman/superintendent for the company.
